Search box not accepting script input

I recently installed Version 1.4.1.873b (x64).

I use hundreds of macro scripts (from Macro Express Pro) across all my apps, including a few for Everything. For example a macro allows me to select a text string in say an Excel spreadsheet and search for it in Everything. But since the installation of this beta the search box no longer accepts that programmatic input.

Pending a fix, could you remind me of a link to download the previous version please.

Please try running Everything as a standard user and installing the Everything service or run your macro program as admin.

To run Everything as a standard user:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the General Tab.
• Check Everything Service.
• Uncheck Run as administrator.
• Click OK.

Tried that but no change.

Installed Everything-1.4.1.877.x64-Setup.exe and macros now work again.
