Can you make a option for searching german mutation at the same time:

Search for "Straße" and at the same tine for "Strasse" or "König" -> "Koenig"

Same thing for: ä -> ae; ü -> ue; ö -> oe; ß -> ss

It would be great don't using regex: "Stra(ß|ss)e or "K(ö|oe)nig"

It's difficult to implement ß == ss matching efficiently with how Everything works internally.

It might be easier to implement when I add support for ignoring punctuation in a future release.
