Hi everyone.
I'm new to Everything and displaying duplicates when none exist (see attached screen shot). Am I doing something wrong, or is this a temporarily fixable bug?

Your C: drive is NTFS formatted & you're letting Everything index that normally?
And did you also set up a File LIst (or similar) for your C: drive?
If so, that would cause duplications to display.

Where can I find documentation on setting up a File List?

Please make sure you do not have a duplicated folder indexes:
- In "Everything", from the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click the Folders tab.
- Remove all folder indexes.
- Click OK.
