Right Clicking phone and search everything doesnt work

I have my phone connected with usb and i right click it in explorer and then click search everthing and it puts a huge string in quotes. I try to type something after the quotes but never get any results. Also the screen doesnt fill up with folders like it normally does. How can I fix this?

Your Phones file system is not NTFS formatted, so no indexing is possible.
