How to treat german Umlaute as different chars?

Assume I type in

Dane

as search pattern. Then Everything shows me as well matching file names with the german Umlaut "ä" like

Dänemark (=german name of Denmark).

How can I tell Everything to really match exactly what users type. The char "a" should be different to "ä" (=a Umlaut).
