Version 1291a no longer supports alpha_instance=0

Since this update no tools work which rely on the ini option
alpha_instance=0
Tested with es, Everything toolbar and other tools.

I was doing some experimental work on the folder sidebar and this broke all IPC calls.

Everything 1.5.0.1292a fixes the issue.
