Thank you for the sample folder structure.
I was able to produce the issue my end.

Everything was not processing the list of folders to rescan correctly.
This issue will be fixed in the next alpha update.

Everything currently expands to the longest text length seen for the current search.

I have put on my TODO list to use the longest text from the visible results when sizing columns to fit.

Consider disabling match whole filename when using wildcards:
  • In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
  • Click the Search tab on the left.
  • Uncheck Match whole filename when using wildcards.
Now sd\04* will match anywhere in the full path.
