Nope, that's wrong.
In general, MOV (Properties) should be seen - though particular codecs within the MOV might not be (like Sorenson).

Note that a "0.00" or blank may be an indicator of an "issue" with a particular file. You can add a column to display; MD5 SHA1 SHA512, or whatever. (Right-click a column, Content -> SHA-1.) If you keep that column outside of the current view, i.e., such that you have to scroll to the right to see it, it will (lazy) load the hashes, only as you bring them into view. So if you search ...

For certain functions, like dupe:, you have to effect a change to the search before it updates.
So if you change from:
regex:^(.*)\.mp3 fileexists:\1.jpg
to:
regex:^(.*)\.mp3 fileexists:\1.jpg.
(adding a .), then backspace, removing the dot, it will update.

Oh.
That indexes all files (meeting the filter).

I was just looking for something that worked on a "lazy load" basis, current window only, such that back arrow remembered previous sort, even if was happened to be on a Property: (like Length).

Windows.Old.000 has nothing to do with Everything, per se.
You can exclude it in Everything in Tools | Options | Indexes -> Exclude.

Have you set sort to name, then Quit, then started again?

Tools, Options, Home, defaults to remembering last used column & sort.
So if you last had the sort set to Path... when your reopen the next time, it would (still) be on path.

Sounds like, Everything.exe - Entry Point Not Found, so try the suggestion in the last post & see if that helps?

Are you using the Everything Service or are you running "as Administrator"?

Do you have 'Attempt to monitor changes' enabled?
Disable that & see if it fixes things for you?

If your search is 001 .jpg & you're seeing "001.jpg" & also seeing the ("unwanted") file "001 blablah.jpg", that means that the file, "001 blablah.jpg", is also duplicated - somewhere.
