My favorite is indexing file content but not as Everything index.
I know its possible to query Windows index content from xplorer² (Desktop index in Ultimate version).
So Everything should do it this way.

If I go up into the search box it will automatically higlight the current entry
and if I start typing it replaces the old content with my newly entered text.
So no need to delete anything before typing.

You have no influence of the Everything plugin behaviour in Wox.
I replaced Wox with the Everything Toolbar.
Its shown in the taskbar and you have full control about the sorting and some other options.

Google Backup and Sync Did you need to make any special configuration to make that work? (I don't use it myself, but others will be interested) Nothing special, I have run the installbackupandsync.exe and configured the dirs to sync. I switched off all backup settings as I make this with OneDrive.

Ah, thank you. Never occurred to me to check in the INI file. Thats actually even more convenient No its not so convenient. If you save the ini file and restore it later you have lost all other changes you made since then to Everything. So an export function for the exclusions would be much better....

Version 0.5.0-Beta2 works fine.
Now I can select results within Total Commander or Explorer.
Copy path to clipboard is also fixed.
In this state its a very useful extension to Everything and can replace a launcher like Wox for me.

I use WPS to read pdf. It is weird since I can open the pdf without any problem. It just cause everything crash while using content funciton. Everything uses any installed IFilter to read PDF contents.
So you may have problems with your PDF software, whatever it is.

This version doesn't store its settings permanently. It forgets all settings after an Reboot. Detailed View and selected sort order I don't have such problems under Win7 and toolbar v 0.3.0.0 May be it was by an Windows update to build 610 of 20H2 ? One more suggestion for your context menu: Add a context menu item like "Open Special". This should allow to select once any tool which in the future will be started with the entry as parameter. This way I could directly jump to any entry (Folder or File) in Total Commander without additional steps....
