CreateFileList with more paths and exclude direcories options

The -create-filelist command line options can handle only 1 path. Suggestion for more paths and exclude directories.
Now we create a filelist on a machine whole c-drive not being interested in de system/windows directories and other directories.

Another nice option would be the recent changed date, so that the filelist returns only the recently created/changed files.
