How to Expand/Collapse Folder in the Search Result

Post by peachfuzz »

Is there a way to see the contents of a folder without actually having to open it? I would like it to simply populate the contents underneath the folder with "+" or "-" symbols to expand or collapse, respectively.

There's no option to do this yet, I'll consider adding one. Thanks for the suggestion.

For now, please try enabling open path with double click in path column:
  • In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
  • Click the Results tab on the left.
  • Check Open path with double click in path column.
  • Click OK.
Now when you double click on a path in the result list it will open Windows Explorer and select this path.
